• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not allow any other person to access your account or use our services on your behalf.
• Complete KYC verification when requested by submitting valid identification documents, including Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are typically credited instantly to your account balance. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes.

If you deposit using a payment method denominated in another currency, the conversion will be performed by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. ayu189 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1-24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members enjoy priority processing within 1-4 hours.
• You must wager your deposit at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the promotional terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

5.3 Inactive Account Fees

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Failure to complete wagering requirements before the expiration date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

Sports betting on ayu189 covers football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and other sports. In case of disputes, official competition results as recognized by the governing sports body will be considered final.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayu189 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
